POUND for Families
Using Ripstix, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way for families to workout together. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full body workout. Intensity options will be given so all participants can rock out! For families with children ages 4 and up. Bringing a mat or towel is recommended. Preregistration required.
