When and where we meet

The Friends of the Avon Library meet several times throughout the year in January, April, June and September at the Avon Branch, 37485 Harvest Drive in Avon. Meetings begin at 7 p.m. FOR ALL 2021 MEETINGS, PLEASE CALL THE BRANCH TO CONFIRM THESE DATES AND TIMES AS WELL AS THE CURRENT LPLS SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

Book sale dates and details

Friends volunteer to help with the three book sales (March, June and November) held at the Avon Branch each year as well as with other fundraising events. Preview hour for Friends members is from 5 to 6 p.m.

Avon Friends book sale dates for 2021:
March 18 to 20 CANCELED 

June 17 to 19 RESCHEDULED DUE TO RENOVATION 
Due to the branch renovation beginning,  this will be a cart sale May 17 to 22 instead: 
          Monday, May 17 to Thursday, May 20; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
          Friday, May 21; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
          Saturday, May 22; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Nov 18 to 20 CANCELED DUE TO RENOVATION.

Application forms can be obtained at the Avon Branch or by clicking here to download a printable application. Applications can be brought to our next meeting or be dropped off at the library.
