Access Card
This card is for anyone with a Standard Card that is blocked or anyone who is unable to qualify for a Standard Card. The Access Card provides access to ten LPLS print materials, all eLibrary resources, and public computer access at all Lorain Public Library System locations. Application for this card must be made in person at any Lorain Public Library System location by providing name, address, and date of birth. No signature is required. No photo ID required.
