Lorain City Schools Preschool and Kindergarten Registration
The Lorain City Schools invites community members to visit the library for preschool and kindergarten registration for the 2018-19 school year. Please have the following documents available when you arrive:
- Proof of birth/Birth Certificate
- Parent's Proof of Residency: utility bill, voter registration card, bank statement, pay check, lease or rental agreement, mortgage documents (dated within the last 30 days). NO CELL PHONE BILLS ACCEPTED
- Immunization/shot records
- Social Security Card or Proof of Social Security Number (optional)
- Custody/divorce papers (if applicable)
