Nutritious Cooking For One Or Two

Join Registered Dietitian Phyllis Molnar as she demonstrates how to prepare light, healthy, nutritious food for everyday living. Topics to be covered include: foods that reduce inflammation and blood sugar spikes, foods that prevent diabetes and weight gain, quick and easy meals for two people or less. There will be a cooking demonstration with food to sample. Preregistration required.
