Kelly Boyer Sagert, author of "Lorain County Family Recipes: From Pierogis to Plum Dumplings" will share stories of how the Polish community immigrated to Lorain County. Bonnie Olejko Metelsky will join to tell her family's journey to Lorain and prepare a treasured family recipe, Polish pierogis. Preregistration required.
