Learn how to identify, prepare and store a variety of seasonal greens as well as their nutritional benefits while enjoying a simple recipe such as spinach cucumber salad. Please note: This program may take place on the second floor and the elevator will be out of service for replacement. Access between the first and second floor will only be available via the stairs during this time. Preregistration required.
