Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that leads practitioners into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath uses various instruments, such as singing bowls and chimes, to create a calming and meditative soundscape. We will begin with centering, breath and basics yoga stretches, then move into the sound bath. Participants need to please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Preregistration required.
