Strawberry Jam Canning Workshop
Learn how to make classic jam from fresh, local strawberries. Learn about the history of jam-making the role of sugar and pectin and try your hand at water bath canning. Participants will each take a jaw of homemade strawberry jam. Presented by local homestead owner Erin Wood. Preregistration required.
