Spice & Herb Exchange Club - Savory Sofrito - Tasty, Healthy, Simple

Sofrito is the “mother” base for Italian, Spanish, and Caribbean cooking and is that secret ingredient that makes food taste so special. Sample sofrito and learn how to make versions from Italy, Spain, and Puerto Rico. Bring your own recipes to exchange! Preregistration required.
