Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Tickets

Released On: 11/10/2019

Your Lorain Public Library System library card just became even more valuable. Throughout the month of November, your library card will get you tickets to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum at a discounted rate of $19 (regularly $26).

“We’re always looking to partner with other local entities to offer our staff and patrons fun and innovative new things,” said Jennifer Black, Director of Marketing with Lorain Public Library System. “With the holidays approaching, we knew that people would have family or friends in town looking for things to do. Whether you’ve not been to the Rock Hall before or you’re going back to see the latest exhibit, it’s always a great way to spend an afternoon. Well, as an alternative to spending it at the library of course.”

You can now dive into Rock’s Highest Honor inside the new, reimagined Hall of Fame, featuring a special exhibit on the class of 2019 – The Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Roxy Music and the Zombies.

Don’t miss your chance to rock with the Rock Hall’s newest and most hands-on exhibit. Occupying Level 2 of the museum, the Garage features 12 instrument stations complete with beginner-friendly video instruction, a lounging area for classes and demos, and a jam session recording room. Visitors will also have the opportunity to create their own band logos and merch. Iconic guitars from all eras in rock history will be on display in the exhibit.

Woodstock at 50 celebrates the highlights and impact of the historic festival that took place over one rainy three-day weekend in August 1969. Rare artifacts from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s collection will celebrate everything from the ingenuity of those who mounted the festival to the performers who played it.
