Try decorating your cupcakes with the following delicious designs!

Directions for Decorating Cupcakes:

  

Pineapple

Pineapple Cupcake

Ingredients:

White icing

Yellow sugar

Green frosting

Decorating bag

No. 352 tip

 

Directions:

Ice cupcake with white icing

Put some yellow sugar on a plate

Twirl the cupcake in the yellow sugar

Fill decorating bag with green frosting

Use a No. 352 tip for your decorating bag

Make leaves in circles, and build upward by filling in the spaces within the circle

 

Palm Tree

 

Ingredients:

White icing

Blue sugar

Chocolate icing

Decorating bags

No. 18 and No. 21 tips

Green icing

 

Directions:

Ice cupcake with white icing

Put some blue sugar on a plate

Twirl the cupcake in the blue sugar

Fill decorating bag with chocolate icing

Use a No. 18 tip for your decorating bag

Make a tilted trunk of a palm tree first

Fill another decorating bag with green icing

Use a No. 21 tip for your decorating bag

Make palm tree leaves

 

 

Monkey

 

Ingredients:

Chocolate icing

Small and large vanilla wafers

Eyeball candies

Chocolate morsels

Red frosting (for the smile)

 

Directions:

Ice cupcake with chocolate icing

Use two small vanilla wafers for the ears

Use a large vanilla wafer for the face

Use eyeball candies for the eyes

Use two chocolate morsels for the nostrils

Use red frosting for the smile

 

Owl

Owl Cupcake

 

Ingredients:

Chocolate frosting

Oreos

Black M&M’s

Tangerine jelly bean

 

Directions:

Ice cupcake with chocolate frosting

Twist Oreos and use the sides with white cream for the eyes

Use black M&M’s for the pupils

Use a tangerine jelly bean for the nose

 

Treasure Chest

Treasure Chest Cupcake

 

Ingredients:

White frosting

Gold sugar

HERSHEY®’s Nuggets

Small amount of chocolate icing (to use as “adhesive”)

Edible decorations (for bootie)

 

Directions:

Ice cupcakes with white frosting

Put some gold sugar on a plate

Twirl the cupcake in the gold sugar

Use HERSHEY®’s Nuggets for the treasure chest (use some white icing on the side of the Nugget used for the top/open end of chest to help it stick)

Use chocolate icing for “bootie” to stick

Use edible decorations for bootie

 

 

Fish

 

Ingredients:

Icing

Colored M&M’s

Candy eyeball(s)

 

Directions:

Ice cupcake any color

Use colored M&M’s for the fin

Use candy eyeballs for the eye(s)  (use one for a side view of your fish; use two for a front view of your fish)

Use red M&M’s for the mouth
