Rev. Linwood Chamberlain Jr. has served as co-pastor of the First Lutheran Church in Lorain for over thirty years. He also is a chaplain at the Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain.
His novel was inspired by his father's memories of war atrocities in New Guinea during World War II.
