Join Robert Grau to hear about his exciting 170-day journey thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. In addition to talking about his adventure and gear, and sharing pictures from the hike, Grau will have copies of his book, Five Million Steps on a Journey of Hope: Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail, available for sale after the program.
